European Style Smoked Salmon – Chef’s Fillet (Unsliced)

Our European Style Smoked Salmon (a traditional preparation similar to "nova", "cold smoked" or "lox") is silky, succulent and mild, with complex layers of flavors and a long, well-balanced finish.

Each 100% fresh (never frozen) premier Atlantic salmon is hand filleted and slow-smoked using a blend of fruitwoods. Share this one-of-a-kind smoked salmon – created by chefs, for chefs – as a memorable gift, or when friends come to visit.

This Chef’s Fillet version is unsliced, so that it can be sliced at the time of use; this is how top restaurants and chefs prefer to serve smoked salmon for the ultimate in moistness and flavor.

Ready-to-slice-and-serve; bones removed and fully trimmed. Each 2 lb fillet serves 15 to 20 people.
